STUNNING SUMMER AHEAD

Hmm.... well same old, same old. So much to say, yet so very little time i spend on this  opening and closing portable computer device. hah. Well i'll make it simple.... alls i knows is summer is here. I have lots of travel ahead of me. Oooo how about i do a travel log?That could be brilliant, if i really commit to it.....ahh... i'll give it shot.... first trip is June 7th-15th I'm gonna hang with my dad for a piece of his summer tour, which is always a blast and a half (too bad i couldnt've job shadowed him in 8th grade).Then i'll go to visit my friend Ellen in North Carolina. And then the band will drop me off in Memphis so i can be with mom for the monthly Grammy meeting. 

I'll be doing an International Cooking Class @ UL again, driver's ed, host some jam sessions in the studio, solve random art problems in my little art room, tennis (don't laugh.... well yeah go ahead), riding my bike around the neighborhood, get a passport (necescity before September tour in Peruguay and Brazil), study & practice calligraphy, conquer my summer reading,perform (all forms possible) *lookout for "the long christmas ride home" in August @ Cite' i've been cast for it already* and experiment with dying my hair some more new temporary colors and whatever else comes along......  

I'm prepared to have the time of my life... Are you?

Okay well alot has happened since the last entry.....ALOT, as usual. 

I haven't got the time to update this weekly, my apologies to all of you who are just hanging on my every worddd in this journal and enjoy keeping track of my life...haha...I kid, I kid. Anyway, alot's happened, and a whole lot more to come.... i dont expect my life to slow down much...which is a good thing and bad thing. heh. Oh well i'm glad to be alive and have wonderful friendships and making new ones everyday....

hmmm.....well alot has happend since the last journal entry...but i know you aren't interested in all the detailllsss.....so i'll leave it at that.  But at the moment i'm in Charlotte, North Carolina.This morning we had coffee with my awfully unhappy, lonely, grandmother....'twas emotionally draining, in the highest of degrees. not too fun. tiring and upsetting. we went to a really neat shop called Anthropoligie....bohemian madness in that place!! my mom had to drag me out.This evening we met up with my cool uncle Casey and my step-grandmother and grandfather (those are some my favored family memberss haha). We went out to a quaint little italian resteraunt called Maggiano's....got some yummy spagettiii and the creme brulee' was orgasmic. Then we went back to the hotel.... when we all thought the evening out was finito... Me and mom got a night cap at the bar....and i found a piano...and brought my guitar down from the room to the bar, because the Morrocan bartender insisted. We spoke some french and talked about our favorite Bob Dylan songs.I played some Fiona Apple songs off her latest album("parting gift" and "not about love") check that cd out(click the link above my entry) .Well,it was all really interestingg....And no it wasnt an attraction like that, he's like 40 something.A fantastic conversationalist. My day began fucked up...and i was a bit upset, but i'm beginning to feel better, s'pose....i think i'll run back down and play a bit more piano,it'll make me feel right....ya think they'll stop me 'cause im in my p.j's?   fuck 'em.
